NFL 2016 Game of the Week Preview, Week 17: Lions vs Packers

The 2016 regular season concludes in 2017 with an NFC North title game. The Detroit Lions will host the Green Bay Packers at Ford Field in Detroit on Sunday night. The winner will win the NFC North.

The Packers have won five straight games after losing four in a row. After that four straight loss, Aaron Rodgers said that the Packers could "run the table" the rest of the season. So far, they've done that.

The Lions have surprised many this season. No one expected them to do this well without wide receiver Calvin Johnson. Now, they're on the brink of a playoff appearance.

This will be a great game between two of the best teams in the NFC not named the Dallas Cowboys. What other way to do it other than in prime time to kick off the new year.
