Carolina Panthers 2016 NFL Season Preview

The Panthers finished the 2015 season possibly one play from completing the second 16-0 season in NFL history. They wound up finishing 15-1 and cruised their way to Super Bowl 50. Unfortunately, they fell in the Super Bowl to the Denver Broncos.

Believe it or not, the Panthers are an even better team than the 15-1 team fans saw last season. They have the same talent coming back, including quarterback Cam Newton, but they'll also have an old flame back in wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin.

Benjamin tore his ACL in training camp and missed the entire 2015 NFL season. With him coming back, and with the same team coming back from their Super Bowl run, the Panthers are serious Super Bowl contenders.
