The Broncos get a B from me overall. Paxton Lynch was a good pickup especially with the Broncos flirting with the idea of signing Hoyer for a little while and actually starting Mark Sanchez. The Bronco's needed a quarterback and the top two were already taken and would be near impossible to get that pick. The Broncos decided that they can't risk Kansas City taking Lynch so they hopped in front of them in the draft and took him before the Chiefs had their chance. The Broncos then worked the draft to fill their other needs like Defensive Tackle, Guard, and even Running Back. They filled their needs and should still be able to compete for a chance at repeating their title in 2016.
Kansas City Chiefs - B

Kansas City walked into this draft with only six picks but found a way to get nine total. They might have had to trade out of the first round to do so but it was worth it in their favor. The Chiefs looked to a possibility of losing Dontari Poe and picked up Chris Jones out of Mississippi State who can play all three spots on the defensive line. They knew they needed a corner after Sean Smith left and went for three corners in a hope that one of them will shine and possibly even start if Phillip Gaines isn't fully healthy or capable of handling the role.
Kansas City also knew they needed some help at receiver and picked up two receivers that have potential but had some other troubles to speak of. The Chiefs have done a pretty good job this off-season of working their offensive line but took another step to protect Alex Smith and picked up Travis Kelce's old teammate, Parker Ehinger to play guard.
With a head coach like Andy Reid it is always expected for him to take a look at quarterbacks and this year was no exception drafting Kevin Hogan out of Stanford. Hogan is a smart quarterback and with a coach like Reid who can work his fundamentals and possibly help him compete for a starting quarterback role in a couple of years.
Oakland Raiders - B

Oakland has had a good off-season so far and keep it going with a solid draft class. They get a hard hitting safety in Karl Joseph for their first round pick and get two defensive ends in the second and third round to hopefully build a beast of a defense around Khalil Mack.
The Chiefs and Broncos have a good defense so Oakland is taking that route to help build their team. Connor Cook in the fourth round is a bit of a head scratcher that we might not understand. Derek Carr is clearly the starting quarterback on that team but the Raiders are looking at a possible future that doesn't invole Carr or just injury insurance. The Raiders picked up a good third round back in DeAndre Washington and overall had a pretty solid draft.
San Diego Chargers-B

There is no other way around this, San Diego had a rough 2015 season. However, they drafted really well. The Chargers picked up Joey Bosa to hopefully give them that missing pass rusher that the rest of their AFC West rivals all have.
They followed up this pick drafting easily the best tight end in the draft in Hunter Henry out of Arkansas which will have a year or two to learn under Antonio Gates and will fill the void quickly that Ladarius Green left when he signed with the Steelers.
The Chargers signed a couple of linemen that will help fill the depth and protect Rivers if they deal with a lot of injuries like they did last season. They also drafted some defensive players to help build up a defense that was lacking in 2015. San Diego also drafted J.J. Watt's younger brother to play fullback for them, we will see how that works out for them.
P.S. It just all worked out that they got B's from me, that was not intentional.
